Smoothies are a really popular item among lots of people, especially parents because it's a simple thing to grab and go. You can go nuts and put in a bunch of ingredients and - if you add enough sugar - it can all taste delicious. Also, you can prep them in a Nutribullet or Magic Bullet or whatever and just blend it later at work (if they'll let you).
Unfortunately, the most popular type of smoothies are fruit smoothies which are often high in sugar and low in protein, which makes them less than conducive towards my goal of not having a "dad bod". So here's my one of my go-to protein smoothie recipes that's super delicious and will help make sure you're on track for that beach bod (even though I never go to the beach...)
